Location:  Suites Building, 2nd Floor

The Mt Desert Suite is on the second floor of the suites cottage. Sleeps up to 4 people in 2 rooms - 1 queen and 2 twins. The twin beds can be joined to form a king. There is a sitting area in the Twins room which opens onto a pleasant deck overlooking gardens and grounds. Single-person jet tub/shower bath. It does not have a kitchen but does have a refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker.  The Mt Desert Suite has a private entrance with parking nearby.

• $125 - $1000, double occupancy (depending on the season)
• Winter Rate, double occupancy. NOTE: Winter rates (November through April) do not include housekeeping and breakfast.
• $30 extra charge person per night.

The Echo Lake Suite evokes the look and feel of a rustic lakeside cabin.  The main bedroom features a king bed and fireplace.  A dual-use parlor is equipped w/a queen wall bed, dining bay and a 50" high-definition smart television.  A kitchenette enables guests to prepare their own meals in the comfort of the room.  A nicely appointed bathroom features tandem rainfall showers.  The Echo Lake Suite has a private entrance and porch with adjacent parking. Accessibility notes: set of steps to front door.

• $250 - $1000, double occupancy (depending on the season).
• This room can accommodate up to 2 additional guests on the queen wall bed - $30 per guest extra charge per night.

The Carriage Road is the smallest of our suites, but it's loaded with features including a large room divided by wooden folding doors, queen bedroom with Franklin stove, parlor, kitchenette, double whirlpool/shower bath, private enclosed screened porch/entrance overlooking the back gardens.  The suite has a private entrance with parking nearby.
