Then, choose from a rotating selection of hearty entrées, prepared with fresh, local ingredients and a creative twist. Favorites may include fluffy Belgian waffles with fruit, crab cake and asparagus benedict, Maine wild blueberry pancakes, steak and egg breakfast tacos, or Parmesan-crusted haddock. Every dish is thoughtfully crafted to celebrate the flavors of Maine.
Dining Atmosphere & Off‑Season Service
Dine in our elegant Victorian dining room or step onto the front porch terrace for al fresco seating with peaceful garden views and crisp coastal air. During the winter months (November–April), our dining room closes, but you’ll still find a generous basket of heat-and-eat and ready-to-go breakfast items stocked in your refrigerator. Guests staying in Ashe Cottage or the Suites also enjoy in-room coffee for added convenience.
